What if it rains?

Please check your phone by 7:15 AM for morning sessions or by 1 PM for afternoon sessions on the day of your session. If the weather is terrible, I’ll cancel that day’s sessions. I’ll do my best to reschedule, but keep in mind that weekends are usually busy, so rescheduled sessions may need to happen on a weekday. Since the blossoms only last two weeks, it might not be possible to reschedule every session. If it’s not pouring rain, I’ll still go ahead with the shoot, and each session will look different depending on the weather. Please bring umbrellas just in case!

Who can come to these sessions? Can grandparents join?

These sessions are for your immediate family—you and the kids. You’re welcome to bring your furry friend too! Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I can’t include grandparents in these sessions. However, if you’d like to include them, please contact me to add extra time to your session.

How do we receive our images and when?

You’ll receive your images 3-4 weeks after your shoot, often sooner. I edit in the order the sessions were shot, and I aim to deliver your images as quickly as possible while maintaining high quality.

Your images will be delivered via an online gallery in high resolution, so you can print them as large as you like. The full gallery can only be downloaded from a computer, not from a phone or tablet. However, you can download individual photos on your phone. Please download your gallery within 30 days of receiving the link via email.

What should we wear?

Wear whatever you like! I recommend avoiding super bright colors that can distract from your face. Whites, neutrals, denim, pastels, pale tones, browns, and khaki are all great choices. Consider what you’d like to see on your walls if you plan to frame your blossom session photos. Avoid busy patterns, logos, or writing on clothing. I’ve included some photos below for outfit inspiration.
