The all you need to know guide to my TEN MINUTE EXPRESS SESSIONS!
Hey everyone & welcome to my photo community! You've been invited to join my special 10-minute express sessions, which happen every few weeks! Thanks for choosing me to capture your family's memories!
I've created this page to answer any questions you might have and to give you all the info you need before your session. If you're new here, here's everything you need to know!
About Me: I'm Ivelina (or Ivey), a 33-year-old Bulgarian-born Kiwi, married and a mum to my 4 year-old son Niko.
Why 10-Minute Sessions? These quick sessions are perfect for capturing a few great shots without the cost or time of a full session. In just 10 minutes, I'll get a mix of posed and candid photos, usually of your whole family and your kids together. It's fast, fun, and still gets beautiful results!
What's Different from my standard 30 minute or 1-Hour Session? A 10-minute session has one background and a lot fewer photos with a very quick approach capturing whatever we can get in our time slot, while a 1-hour session offers more variety of backgrounds, more family combinations & more photos. If you feel you would prefer to book one of my standard sessions instead feel free to get in touch.
Who Chooses the Final Images? I do! I'll try my hardest to pick the very best shots from our session.
What If It Rains? Check my VIP Facebook page by 7 AM on the day of your session. If the weather's bad, I might cancel. I’ll do my best to reschedule, but I can’t promise. Sun or clouds, I'll still shoot!
Who Can Join? Immediate family only—parents, kids, and dogs. Grandparents can join if you book a double session, or we can focus just on the kids. If you have a larger family 3+ kids and you feel this may not be enough time - please get in touch for one of my 30 minute sessions which can be pre booked.
When Will We Get Our Photos? You'll receive your photos 2-3 weeks after your session, often sooner. Please be patient—I’m working hard to deliver the best quality!
How Will We Get Our Photos? Photos will be sent via an online gallery. You can download the whole gallery from a computer, or individual photos from your phone. Download your gallery ASAP, as it will only be active for 30 days! Failure to download may result in a $50 reupload fee.
Booking Spots: Please don’t message me for spots unless I’ve announced availability on my page. I’m doing my best to accommodate everyone!

Payment: I’ll invoice you after the session, or you can bring cash on the day—whatever works for you. Delay in payment will result in delay in delivery of your gallery.
